Cerebral Palsy is a disease that appears early in life and is a term that includes a range of disorders and usually manifests during the early years of a child’s life. Symptoms include poor motor control, poor head control, developmental and muscular abnormalities, poor coordination, involuntary spasms, problems with control of the bladder and many other things.
